Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Manager – Co-Lending to join our team at . The ideal candidate should have a background in MBA Finance Chartered Accountancy Master’s degree in finance economics data science CA or MBA. As a Sr Product Manager – Co-Lending you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of co-lending products collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategies and ensuring successful product launches. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies for co-lending products.
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and sales teams to drive product development and launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define product requirements features and functionalities.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance economics data science CA or MBA.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
