Industry: Food & FMCG (Hiring only from food sector background)
Location: Bangalore India
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
Mandatory: Experience must be only from the food industry (FMCG / Dairy / Beverages / Processed Foods etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments (Sales Manufacturing R&D Supply Chain etc.)
- Partnering with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs
- Sourcing through job portals LinkedIn internal references and campus hiring
- Managing recruitment metrics (TAT cost per hire etc.)
- Coordinating interviews feedback offer rollout and onboarding
- Working with HRMIS/ATS tools for tracking and reporting
- Managing employer branding initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to diversity hiring and company policies
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of hiring in food industry roles
- Excellent sourcing & screening techniques
- Strong stakeholder management
- Knowledge of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors Workday or similar)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (Full-time preferred)
