Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the resort/club across all departments
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and guide department heads to meet operational goals
- Develop and implement operational procedures and quality standards
- Coordinate with the Director for strategic planning and execution
- Monitor budgets expenses and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with all hospitality regulations and company policies
- Handle escalated guest issues and ensure prompt resolution
- Conduct regular team meetings training and performance reviews
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations preferably in resorts or clubs
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and operational best practices
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and functions simultaneously
- Flexible to work on weekends and take weekly off between Monday to Friday
