We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role will support the team in administrative HR processes coordination with our external payroll provider and generalist activities across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Gather verify and submit employee data to the external payroll provider (e.g. new hires terminations contractual changes leave and sick days);
- Monitor deadlines for contract renewals mandatory training health and safety checks and other HR compliance matters;
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents (employment letters internal communications templates);
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation system setup welcome kits checklists;
- Help track time and attendance and follow up on missing justifications;
- Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects (e.g. training initiatives employee engagement internal surveys)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law or a related field;
- Strong interest in HR processes labor administration and employee experience;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite;
- Proactive attitude sense of confidentiality and team spirit;
- Good written and verbal communication in Italian and English;
- Basic knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR procedures is a plus;
