Job Description
Your Responsibilities
As an HR Specialist you will play a key role in full cycle of HR budget C&B performance management labour law compliance and other exciting HR projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Main contact of HR budget from annual budgeting to monthly monitoring providing data analysis to support company HR decision
- Daily C&B management as the main contact with payroll agency and EOR vendor
- First point of contact for inquiries from employees and managers on standard processes including attendance HR certificates and other HR related policies
- Develop and assess the engagement mechanism that maintains a positive workplace environment
- Be the project manager of employee engagement
Your profile
- Bachelor Degree in HR economics business or related fields
- 3-5 years solid HR experience preferably with a focus on talent acquisition
- Good knowledge of individual and collective labour law able to assist employees with advice and action on individual issues
- You have very good IT skills and are well versed in using Excel
- Communication skills service orientation and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
- You are also always open to new tasks and you score with your reliable and structured way of working
- Passionate willing to grow with the company
- Native-level proficiency in German fluency in English in written and verbal
