Job Description
Position: ServiceNow Engineer
📍 Location: Hyderabad / Indore
📅 Experience: 8–12 Years
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer with a strong background in CMDB, platform development, and API integrations to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the existing ServiceNow environment.

Handle day-to-day tasks: access control, user management, alerts, reports, and automation updates.

Execute minor platform changes (<24 hrs effort) & enhancements.

Customize core modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, Catalog, Portal, Asset, etc.

Ensure existing API integrations are healthy and optimized.

Conduct regular system health checks and scheduled job monitoring.
Technical Requirements
-
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development & administration.

Proficient in APIs, transform maps, workflows, and data loads.

Skilled in multi-level access controls and platform security.

Ability to work across ServiceNow modules and support RPA workflows.
Experience & Skills
✅ 5+ years with ServiceNow platforms
✅ Good troubleshooting & independent task ownership
✅ Effective communicator with stakeholders
✅ Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT (ServiceNow certs preferred)
