Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager to strengthen our presence across online and offline channels shape our brand narrative and drive growth through creative data-informed campaigns. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our marketing team with ownership across brand content paid and organic channels.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Brand Campaigns
- Manage relationships with external agencies to execute impactful online and offline campaigns.
- Drive creative development and campaign execution aligned with our brand values and growth goals.
2. Social Media
- Define and execute a new organic social media strategy focusing on reach views and engagement.
- Drive our paid social strategy focused on traffic acquisition lead capture and order generation.
3. Channel & Growth Experimentation
- Explore and test new marketing channels: partnerships influencer marketing referral programs and more.
- Pilot innovative ideas and measure impact to scale successful initiatives.
4. Content Strategy
- Collaborate with our SEO specialist to support blog and content initiatives in UK and FR markets.
- Contribute to a consistent compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize our newsletter strategy to generate orders and increase retention.
5. Market & Customer Insights
Qualifications :
- 46 years experience in brand content or growth marketing roles
- Proven track record leading campaigns across multiple channels including TV social offline and digital.
- You are a good writer able to produce engaging clear texts for social media blog and websites.
- You take accountability and ownership regarding results.
- Strong creative instincts combined with analytical skills.
- Hands-on collaborative and excited by experimentation.
Native French speaker perfectly fluent in English.
