EchoParkAutomotive is hiring an Automotive Sales Admin/ Document Specialistfor our dealership in Duluth a Document Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless guest youre a self-sufficient resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-pacedfun environment were looking for you. As aDocument Specialist you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the financialdocumentationprocess.
What Youll Do:
- Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
- Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
- Check all paperwork for the correct title lien information taxes etc.
- Verify insurance trade payoffs and obtain deposits
