Job Description
Total Experience: 8-10 years
Role Description:
- Designing and Developing ETL Solutions
- Building data pipelines: Creating and maintaining data pipelines that extract transform and load data from various sources.
- Data modeling: Defining the structure and format of data before and after transformation.
- Developing Ab Initio graphs: Coding and testing Ab Initio graphs to perform data transformations.
- Using ETL tools: Utilizing the Ab Initio GDE and other relevant tools to design and implement solutions.
- Integrating with other systems: Working with other data analysis and organizational tools.
- Data Warehouse and Data Integration:
- Data warehousing: Designing and implementing data warehouses and data lakes.
- Data quality management: Ensuring data accuracy consistency and completeness.
- Metadata management: Managing metadata related to data sources transformations and data warehouse structures.
- Performance tuning: Optimizing Ab Initio processes for efficiency and speed.
- Testing and Documentation:
- Unit testing: Performing unit tests to ensure the quality of Ab Initio graphs and components.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for Ab Initio applications and processes.
- Troubleshooting and debugging: Identifying and resolving issues in Ab Initio jobs and processes.
