Job Description
We provide our clients with various solutions and strengthen financial functions to genuinely support our clients business and strategic decision-making. In our work we prepare business cases and data-driven insights to support the decision-making of CFOs. The role of a Finance Transformation Manager offers excellent opportunities for continuous development in various areas of EPM finance technology business finance steering models and finance data while further enhancing project management skills and seamless teamwork both at the client interface and internally within Deloittes organization. We are looking for someone who can lead consolidation and group reporting technology implementation engagements and also participate our offering development activities on Nordic level.

Qualifications :
You will fit perfectly into our team if you are eager to take responsibility and want to inspire others in achieving goals. We hope that you also have:
- A suitable higher education degree (e.g. MSc or MBA)
- 5-10 years of work experience in areas such as business controlling financial system development or implementation technology development projects AI or automation projects Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) process and tool development EPM tool implementations preferably OneStream
- Consulting / project work experience preferably in global team
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to find solutions and solve problems
- Fluent oral and written skills in Finnish and English
- Knowledge of financial management systems with focus on EPM (preferably: OneStream advantageous: Anaplan Oracle EPM Suite SAP Group Reporting & Analytics Cloud Tagetik)
- Knowledge and/or keen interest in Consolidation Management Reporting and EPM technologies
