We are seeking an experienced Freelance Workday Consultant with deep expertise in the Recruitment module to support our Workday implementation and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and technical guidance in configuring testing and enhancing the recruitment functionality within the Workday HCM suite aligning it with business needs and compliance standards
Lead and execute end-to-end configuration and deployment of the Workday Recruitment module.
Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Optimize existing Workday Recruitment processes workflows and integrations for enhanced candidate and recruiter experience.
Conduct system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot configuration issues.
Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards for recruiting workflows in Workday.
Deliver training and documentation for HR and TA stakeholders.
Support change management and post-implementation enhancements.
Proven experience 3 years as a Workday Consultant with a focus on the Recruitment module.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and its integration points with Recruiting Core HR and Talent Management.
Hands-on experience in configuring requisition templates job postings interview flows offer letters and onboarding steps.
Ability to analyze and solve complex system issues independently.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English. Dutch or French would be a bonus
Workday certification in Recruiting (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Workday Reporting (Advanced Composite) and calculated fields.
Familiarity with other Workday modules such as Onboarding Core HCM and Talent Acquisition.
