Job Description
Lazy River At Granville is looking for an energetic team member to add to our reservations team. The Reservation Specialist would be responsible for handling guest reservations check-ins inquiries payments and deposits. This position would be part time and Seasonal. Hours would be available through the end of October. Successful team members will be asked to return in March.
In addition to reservations the team member will be expected to check in guests and manage the guest experience during their stay including addressing concerns. The team member will also participate in calling guests prior to and after their stay to ensure guest satisfaction.
*Must be available to work until 8 pm Sunday-Thursday and 10 pm Friday/Saturday. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Key Knowledge Skills and Ability:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to comfortably sit or stand for long periods of time
- Attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new computer software easily
- Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate tense situations
- Previous customer service experience
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Self motivated able to complete tasks without supervision
- Interact in a friendly enthusiastic energetic and outgoing manner with team members and guests in any setting
- Pleasant and courteous
- Ability to use time efficiently and possess excellent organizational skills
