We are now looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team working hybrid from our Denver Colorado office!
About the Role
Are you a data-driven problem-solver who loves turning insights into action At Matillion were on a mission to supercharge sales performance and were looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in accelerating sales velocity by supporting the strategic and analytical needs of our Field Sales organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love diving into data to uncover what really moves the needle this could be your perfect next step.
What you will be doing
- Own and enhance the operational strategy for our Field Sales team to drive scalable growth.
- Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based models for performance tracking forecasting and planning.
- Analyze sales data to identify insights surface opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Marketing and GTM teams to align goals and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain clear actionable reporting to keep leadership informed and empowered.
What we are looking for
- 3 years of experience in Revenue/Business/Customer Operations FP&A Consulting or Investment Banking.
- Advanced Excel skillsyoure fast precise and comfortable building dynamic models.
- A sharp analytical mind with the ability to separate noise from signal and turn insights into action.
- Naturally curious with a passion for understanding the why behind data trends.
- Highly organized self-motivated and dependableyou always follow through.
At Matillion we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role job family job level and country. This roles estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $87200 - $130800. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
