Job Description

This part-time position will span Monday through Friday 10:00am - 2:30pm. However this position could also be divided between two people. The mandatory VT AOE Child Nutrition Summer Insititute begins on August and Responsibilities:Serve Safe (August 13-14) and other summer trainings (up to August 20);Picking up meals at Rice Memorial High School each day;Managing kitchen staff volunteers and coordinating their tasks;Coordinating with Facilities Director in terms of supply orders;Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment according to health and safety regulations;Overseeing and participating in the cleaning of the kitchen and cafeteria areas;Maintaining various trainings; andAddressing any issues in the kitchen.
