You will be the Product Manager for the Onboarding and KYC team. APAC customers are a strong contributor to the Wises growth. A big part of this growth comes from new customer acquisitions so having a fast convenient and delightful customer onboarding journey is central to this growth. Thats the mission of the APAC Onboarding team and were looking for people who can make this happen. If this sounds like an exciting challenge wed love to hear from you!
What Youll Do
Drive the execution of Onboarding & KYC roadmap for APAC.
Drive expansion into new APAC markets by creating tailored Onboarding and KYC journeys
Partner with engineering operations analytics and other product teams teams to optimise user journeys by identifying opportunities to increase conversion or reduce verification cost (such as automation or eKYC integrations)
Collaborate with compliance stakeholders to ensure Wise stays compliant and up to speed with evolving KYC requirements.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management analytics engineering or consulting space.
Analytical mindset: You are able to self-serve with data and use it to both identify opportunities and measure impact.
Problem solver: You have a bias towards action and are able to break down complex problems with structured frameworks and solutions.
Communication: You can get the entire team behind you by telling stories with data and are able to author high quality project documentation.
Customer focus: you have a passion for building products that solve real customer problems.
Nice to Have
Experience in KYC fintech or a high-growth tech company.
Proficiency in SQL Python or R
