This is a rare opportunity to join a globally dispersed finance team that punches well above its size supporting multiple fast-moving business units across borders.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and curious finance professional to join our growing team as our first dedicated FP&A analyst. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with our VP Corporate Strategy & Development in a high-growth company helping shape how we forecast analyse and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs with insights for leadership
  • Analyse business performance across products markets and departments
  • Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
  • Assist with the development of financial models
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide data-driven insights
  • Work on special projects and ad-hoc analysis to support growth

About You

  • 1-3 years experience in finance accounting consulting or similar analytical role
  • A strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to simplify complex information and present insights to non-finance stakeholders
  • Adaptable responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating with global teammates
  • Degree in finance economics commerce accounting or similar
  • CA / CPA / CFA qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
  • Bonus: experience with BI tools and/or SQL
