Are you looking for an exciting entry-level opportunity in the commercial insurance field Are you German/Dutch/Italian/ French Speaker
Role Purpose:
Join our team as a Digital Insurance Operations Associate supporting digital projects and the insurance industry by testing platforms identifying issues and facilitating communication between project teams and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test digital platforms report issues and assist in prioritizing them.
- Develop test cases create user guides and support troubleshooting.
- Contribute to communication strategies and organize meetings.
- Support training sessions and data migration to new platforms.
Qualifications
- Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.
- Native/bilingual proficiency in German/Dutch/French/Italian is required.
- Familiarity with Word Excel and Jira.
- Strong digital and computer literacy skills.
- Experience with IT platforms and quality control is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and an interest in the insurance market.
- Skills in active listening attention to detail business partnership data analysis multi-tasking operational excellence time management and troubleshooting.
