Whats the role
The Senior Manager will be supporting the Retail Banking Finance through month-end flash reporting business performance insights and consolidated inputs across balance sheet expenses productivity and channels. Collaborating with Consumer Business Performance Line of Business Finance ESP and Group Finance to drive strategic outcomes. Developing and enhance lending and deposits revenue models. Assisting the Finance Director (Branch & O&E) in building and refining State and Regional ROTE reporting and forecasting. Providing financial insights to support decision-making for National Lending and Virtual businesses focusing on channel state product profitability and returns.
What do I need
- 10 years banking or financial services experience chartered or CPA qualified with a solid technical financial background
- At least 5 years in business partnering experience in a revenue generating division supporting senior stakeholders through change and transformation
- Extensive experience within retail banking
- Strong modelling abilities and proven experience in delivering complex models
- Strong stakeholder engagement management and partnering experience
- Takes accountability and champions required courses of action
