Job Description
An established wholesale supplies company is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Operations Manager to support day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help ensure smooth efficient workflows across the warehouse.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing warehouse operations ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving
Supervise warehouse staff and support scheduling training and daily coordination
Help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock handling procedures
Monitor workflow efficiency and identify areas for process improvement
Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to meet delivery timelines and resolve issues
Ideal Qualifications:
2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proficiency with inventory systems or warehouse management software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items when needed and work in a hands-on environment
