Were looking for someone who excels at creating fantastic customer experiences with a professional appearance excellent communication skills and a strong phone manner. A can-do attitude and experience in the hospitality industry will give you a strong advantage. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service managing guest enquiries answering calls handling daily banking tasks and working with hotel booking and CRM systems. With a quick learning ability and confidence in upselling the hotels amenities youll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.
