About the role

We have an opportunity for a Rural officer in the Warragul branch. This is a broad and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work closely with rural clients in support of Rural Managers understand their unique financial needs and deliver tailored banking solutions. There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experienced banker as well as developing an emerging banker as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Annual Credit Reviews

• Perform In-Depth Financial Analysis

• Assist the team to manage and grow the rural client portfolio

• Drive Continuous Improvement

What you will bring to the role:

• Rural Industry Insight is highly regarded.

• Banking and Lending Expertise- Familiarity with banking products credit policies and lending procedures.

• Strong Relationship Management Skills- Ability to build trust and rapport with key clients delivering exceptional service.

• Excellent Time Management- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
