Job Description
The hospitality coordinator will help with pre-event and post event hospitality support. This is a part-time (a couple of hours/week) from February to the end of September.
Who You Are
- Strong organizational skills an eye for detail and a sense of urgency
- Ability to understand and execute on established work procedures
- Team player: ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others
- High School Diploma; some college preferred
What Youll Do
- Oversee inventory management ensuring trucks are stocked and organized with necessary supplies including driver gear equipment and event materials.
- Order and re-stock items necessary hospitality supplies and equipment for the next event.
- Ensure driver gear is cleaned properly bagged and ready for use at events maintaining high standards of organization and readiness.
