Job Description
Title: AVP Director of Mortgage Lending
Location: UT Federal Credit Union Corporate Office
Were on the hunt for a Director of Mortgage Lending whos ready to lead with vision strategy and a whole lot of heart. Youll be the captain of our mortgage ship-steering us through market waves regulatory currents and competitive tides-all while keeping our members happy and our team thriving.

What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelors degree (or equivalent experience that proves youre awesome)
- At least 2 years of mortgage lending experience
- A deep understanding of the mortgage process from A to Z
- Leadership skills that inspire and empower
- Communication chops that make complex things sound simple

All information received during the background check process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity in accordance with the law. It will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your potential employment at UT Federal Credit Union.
