The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Companys Finance Systems & Analytics Core Team seeking a highly motivated Finance Systems and Analytics Integration Leader (Level K Manager) to lead our Integration team located in Tukwila Washington or Hazelwood Missouri. This role will be responsible for overseeing the integration of finance systems and related processes establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) automating critical processes and streamlining access provisioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance systems project management and agile methodologies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree
5 years of experience leading a team or a project
3 years of experience in systems integration
3 years of experience with agile project management methods
3 years of experience in a role that required excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with SAP
Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP external systems and internal legacy systems
Experience driving process automation initiatives
Experience with program management principles
Experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
Experience managing multiple competing priorities

Summary pay range for Hazelwood MO: $114750 - $155250
