Job Description
Bachelors degree required. 2-3 years of experience in residence life or housing operations with a proven record of managing housing assignments. Strong working knowledge of software platforms including StarRez and Ellucian Banner or similar platforms. Strong experience with all Microsoft applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes. Ability to work collaboratively with staff students and external stakeholders. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to housing software and other systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Higher Education or a related field preferred. Experience working with website content management and electronic communication tools.
