DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for evaluating online social media web page content and advertising content while adhering to evolving criteria and specifications.
- Visually navigate and review images videos accounts and text-based content demonstrating the capability to evaluate their relevance and significance with the intention of raising pertinent issues as necessary.
- Establish deep familiarity with the clients dynamic fast-changing Intel requirements; serve as a thought leader on the team helping to bridge fast-changing client requirements with ongoing OSINT detection work.
- Maintain deep expertise in Open Source Intelligence Collection methods tools and strategies. Ensure OSINT tools and methods are appropriately calibrated to respond to clients rapidly changing collection requirements.
- Working with the client pilot new OSINT sources methods tools and processes; provide the clients with reports on results.
- Working with client representatives help develop new methods for quantifying detection requirements identify collection gaps and pilot new strategies to address these gaps.
- Working with Team Leads help with overall program quality assurance measurements & identify areas for improvements.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience to offer guidance and mentorship to your colleagues.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of top-tier quality across all outcomes.
- Balance priorities of daily workflow tasks in line with client needs
- Take an active role in client meetings to deliberate ongoing challenges and actively contribute to the development of workarounds and resolution pathways.
- Regularly provide support for various workflows markets and processes in alignment with the evolving demands of the business.
- Generate structured intelligence reports using information provided by the team or other relevant sources with the objective of providing comprehensive insight and visibility to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Turkish (C1) both oral and writte. As well as upper-intermediate level of English (B2)
- No resident card required - Israeli citizens with a Job Seeker visa which they managed to obtain by themselves are accepted
- Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
- Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate violent and/or contain explicit material without bias
- Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a part of the team
