Were now looking for a Business Development Executive in or around Mangalore who thrives on building relationships converting leads and driving business growth.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive youll play a key role in acquiring new clients through cold calling lead follow-ups and consultative selling. A background in digital marketing or a strong understanding of digital services will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively cold call potential clients and pitch Stakques digital marketing services.
- Follow up on inbound leads understand client requirements and convert them into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent communication and relationship-building.
- Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with the internal digital team to align service offerings with client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in a digital marketing or tech-driven company.
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead follow-up to conversion.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and confidently speak about digital services like SEO Google Ads Meta Ads and web development.
- Self-driven goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a big plus.
- Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g. Zoho CRM HubSpot Google Workspace).
- Fluent in English Kannada Malayalam and Hindi regional languages like Tulu Konkani and beary
