Were now looking for a Business Development Executive in or around Mangalore who thrives on building relationships converting leads and driving business growth.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive youll play a key role in acquiring new clients through cold calling lead follow-ups and consultative selling. A background in digital marketing or a strong understanding of digital services will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively cold call potential clients and pitch Stakques digital marketing services.
  • Follow up on inbound leads understand client requirements and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent communication and relationship-building.
  • Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the internal digital team to align service offerings with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in a digital marketing or tech-driven company.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and lead follow-up to conversion.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and confidently speak about digital services like SEO Google Ads Meta Ads and web development.
  • Self-driven goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g. Zoho CRM HubSpot Google Workspace).
  • Fluent in English Kannada Malayalam and Hindi regional languages like Tulu Konkani and beary
