Job Description
Senior Webflow / Framer Developer
Location: Jakarta SCBD (hybrid)
Reports to: Site Lead
Remuneration: Rp-per month gross
Mission
Own the marketingweb and interactivedemo stack translating design mockups into pixelperfect performant builds with Webflow and/or Framer.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate landing pages CMSdriven blogs and gatedcontent hubs.
- Implement microinteractions and animations following accessibility best practice. Optimise pagespeed and Core Web Vitals.
- Integrate sites with headless CMS solutions analytics platforms and marketingautomation tools as required.
- Contribute to shared designsystem tokens and component libraries.
Requirements
- 5-8 years frontend development including 2 years professional Webflow or Framer work.

Strong HTML5 modern CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
- Experience working with CMS collections and custom API or webhook integrations.
- Portfolio of hightraffic marketing sites.
- Bonus: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks motiondesign libraries and SEO / conversionrate optimisation.
