Job Description

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Support Workers for temporary shifts in Frinton-on-Sea (CO13). This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities autism and mental health needs in a person-centred professional environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Up-to-date Mandatory Training (Skills for Care aligned)

  • Valid PMVA training

  • English language proficiency both spoken and written

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Proof of immunisations (e.g. MMR Hep B TB) required for fitness to work clearance
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support with personal care and daily living activities

  • Promote independence dignity and social engagement

  • Adhere to individual care plans and maintain safeguarding practices

  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team

  • Support community involvement and wellbeing of service users
