The Assistant/Associate Director of Career Services for the DeBusk College ofOsteopathic Medicine ( DCOM ) at Lincoln Memorial University is responsible for monitoring student progress and counseling students at DCOM on requirements for graduate medical education placement. TheAssistant/Associate Director of Career Services will also be responsible for assisting the Director of Career Services and Graduate Medical Education with the annual submission of the Medical Student Performance Evaluation ( MSPE ) to the appropriate residency application service andassist in serving as point of contact for Careers in Medicine (CiM) Electronic ResidencyApplication Service ( ERAS ) the Residency Matches and Supplemental Offer andAcceptance Program ( SOAP ) for all osteopathic medical students
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree; *2-3 years experience in an academic setting
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree preferred. Experience in working with professional students and/or in an academic healthcare setting. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; public speaking/presentation skills; and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and with individuals from diverse backgrounds
