Sr. Product Manager (Azure PMO Stage Gate Public Sector) RQ09372/RQ09365
Downtown Toronto ON
Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote

Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap detailing feature releases enhancements and long-term product vision.
Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on their impact value and feasibility balancing short-term needs with the long-term product strategy.
Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams manage timelines and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with organizational standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and collaborate with junior Product Managers providing guidance on best practices and helping them grow in their roles. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team development and knowledge sharing.
Must-Haves:
- 8 years as a Product Manager
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Skilled in managing project life cycles using tools like Jira Trello Microsoft Project Kanban and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as Miro Microsoft Teams Atlassian Confluence Trello Office 365 Google Drive Zoom and Slack.
- Public sector experience
- Familiarity with the PMO Stage Gate process as implemented in the Ontario Public Sector.
