Position: Senior Architect (AAA or Eligible)
Location: Edmonton Alberta
Compensation: $90000 $140000 (based on experience)
Firm: Established Multi-Disciplinary Architecture & Design Studio

This opportunity can be tailored as a Senior Architect or elevated into an Associate/Senior Associate leadership role for the right candidate.
Your Role: Architect Leader
As a registered AAA Architector one ready to register in Albertayoull lead projects from concept through completion. Youll shape bold design solutions guide project teams and serve as the key liaison between client vision and built reality.
What Youll Do:
Spearhead project design development and technical problem-solving
Be involved in business development tasks including proposalsEngage closely with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes
Direct and mentor junior architects and team members
Oversee timelines budgets QA/QC standards and sustainability integration
Coordinate across disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
Drive architectural excellence from sketches to site
Some other leaderships tasks dependant on the level youre hired at (senior architect associate senior associate)
WHATS REQUIRED
9 years of relevant experience including public (education/civic) and commercial work
Registered with the AAA (or eligible for registration in Alberta)
Portfolio that blends creativity functionality and beauty
Outstanding communication and organizational prowess
