This pivotal position plays a fundamental role in supporting department executive officers and faculty for the Departments of Accounting Business Analytics and Management and Entrepreneurship. At the core of departmental operations this role involves overseeing administrative functions while providing support for the finance and academic functions in the office suite. Serving as the primary orchestrator of numerous departmental events including seminars guest speaker visits and conferences the Department Administrator assumes responsibility for event planning and execution. As this role oversees a dynamic team of student employees we are seeking candidates with experience and enthusiasm for working with students. A positive attitude and an unwavering dedication to customer service are integral attributes for success in this dynamic role.
The position is 100% time Monday-Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm. The position is on campus during Fall and Spring semesters with a flexible work arrangement available during university breaks.

We are over 4700 students with BBA and graduate programs spanning six academic departmentsaccounting business analytics economics finance marketing and management and entrepreneurship. We also hold the gold standard of accreditations the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and have maintained the accreditation for over 95 years (since 1923).
Salary: $45000-$55000
