Senior Data and Digital Transformation Manager
About the Company
Our client is a leading global construction consultancy renowned for delivering high-profile complex and iconic large-scale capital projects. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation they are truly at the forefront of their industry.
We are currently seeking a talented full-time Senior Data and Digital Transformation Manager for Life Science Industrial Manufacturing and Technology projects who will report to the Program Lead providing tender coordination and administrative support to project delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery director in implementing best-practice Data and Digital PMO capabilities for managing technology and business change initiatives.
- Serve as subject matter expert in data management analysis and project controls including project management information systems (PMIS).
- Oversee change management across digital initiatives monitoring project plans budgets risks and dependencies across the portfolio.
- Facilitate governance forums with senior stakeholders and provides leadership support to Project Managers to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Develop standard PMO tools status dashboards and reporting materials while identifying opportunities for business process improvements.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with over 10 years of experience in Data and Digital PMO environments including proven leadership in establishing PMO functions.
- Strong background in integrating siloed data sources and conducting trend analysis using visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Skilled in a range of project controls technologies for cost schedule risk document and process management along with familiarity with multiple PMIS platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel and MS Project paired with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams engage senior stakeholders and drive effective cross-functional relationships.
