The Homeland Relationship Manager (HRM) team is responsible for creating and maintaining effective relationships between Worldwide Homeland Operations and the Homeland teams to facilitate homeland operational strategy and the Family History Temple Support Plan. This intern will assist the HRM by building relationships prioritizing and tracking homeland projects through the project cycle tracking budgets preparing and executing project status reports.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to see how principles and practices learned in their educational institutions can be applied to a fast-paced results-oriented work setting. This position is primarily for educational or religious purposes and should be used to enhance personal and professional experiences for the Intern. Under general supervision the Intern performs work as assigned by the department.
Location: Downtown Salt Lake City (Church Headquarters)
Position will be full-time (40 hours a week) up to one-year
Support worldwide homeland operations team in meeting delivery schedules of internal partner and commercially indexed records
Attend required meetings and provide reports on assigned tasks
Creating project status reports
Training Homeland teams on operations involved processes
Help with process improvement
Other duties as assigned
To qualify for a paid internship position a candidate must be enrolled in an educational institution or have graduated from school within the past 12-months. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
Desired skills include:
Excellent data analysis and organizational skills
Experience in project management software (i.e. Microsoft Project Salesforce)
Skilled in the use of Excel and Word PowerPoint software programs
The ability to work on repetitive tasks
Attention to detail
