They are looking for a qualified International Export Specialist to handle administrative duties compliance and customer support for international clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong sales and service experience along with a thorough understanding of global export regulations.
Job responsibilities -
- Serve as the main point of contact for all international clients. Manage client relationships by fulfilling orders and resolving complaints promptly.
- Administrate exports and ensure compliance with all regulations. Create and keep a complete paper trail of export documentation and Bill of Lading.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs.
- Handle quotation requests and provide recommendations to clients.
Job Requirements -
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Sales
- 2 years of experience working with Exports for International business.
- Either Spanish or Chinese Fluency is a requirement
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office product suite
- Superior Communication skills.
