Who You Are:
- C1 Portuguese speaker with English at B2 level
- Comfortable with computers and fast typing (MS Office skills a plus)
- Quick to adapt to new technology and software
- A true team player with a positive proactive attitude
- Prior customer service experience is welcome but not mandatory
- Able to work full-time on 24/7 rotative shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas simply
