Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide clear solutions and guidance for account and product-related matters
- Efficiently resolve issues build trust and ensure satisfaction
- Support and educate customers through excellent communication
- Share feedback to help us continually improve
Who You Are:
- C1 Italian
- Confident using computers and digital tools (MS Office skills a plus)
- Quick learner able to adapt smoothly to new systems and processes
- A positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Available to work full-time onsite in Lisbon Monday to Saturday between 07:00-17:00 (rotational shifts)
- Sundays and one additional day off weekly (rotational)
