Job Description
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a UK native accent (mandatory).
- Ability to clearly understand and engage with Polish and Scottish accents.
- Prior experience working with UK-based clients is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales development activities including lead qualification and follow-up.
- Assist the sales team in streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales operations.
- Communicate effectively with UK-based clients understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver reports related to sales performance pipeline updates and operational metrics.
