We are looking for a VIP Client Support Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients coordinating special requests and ensuring that all VIP needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily VIP client service via email/WhatsApp;
- Responding to VIP client inquiries regarding financial transactions client activity and general information to provide a single point of contact;
- Understanding of our ideal clients and their relationship to our products;
- Effectively representing the company with full knowledge of our offerings;
- Researching client needs and determining how our solutions meet them;
- Assisting clients and creating long-term relationships that meet their needs.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Experience in iGaming (Gambling/Betting);
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Proficient level of English (both written and verbal) knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
Will be a plus:
- Higher education in sales/marketing or related field as an advantage;
- Knowledge of German language is an advantage (possibly excellent written);
