Job Description

We are Aida Recruitment a technology and artificial intelligence-based employee search. For our client we are looking for a UI/UX Designer.

General Summary:
Join a dynamic team working on public sector digital transformation projects in Lithuania. You will contribute to the development modernization and creation of user-friendly digital solutions ensuring accessibility usability and intuitive design experiences for all users.

Role: UI/UX Designer
Client: Public Sector
Location: Lithuania
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (part-time)
Language: Lithuanian

Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centered interfaces for digital solutions within public sector projects

  • Ensure design accessibility in line with UX principles and standards

  • Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to implement effective UI/UX

  • Utilize Figma to create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs

  • Apply responsive and adaptive design practices across all devices and platforms

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in UX and UI design

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards

  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Human-centric design mindset

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design

  • Fluency in Lithuanian is required

Work Conditions:
