Your responsibilities will range from assisting with account-related queries to resolving payment issues and basic technical troubleshooting always with a focus on delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service across various channels (phone email chat social media)

Support users with account setup login issues payment concerns and general troubleshooting

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
