Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Protecting ALDIs IT infrastructure through the use of state-of-the-art secure web gateway tools
- Planning and continuously developing our technology stack including the preparation and implementation of rollouts
- Providing support and assisting with IT security and infrastructure projects (on-premises and cloud-based)
- Closely cooperating with our international business departments and national IT departments
- Managing and working closely with external service providers
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT
- Experience in the area of secure web gateways
- Expertise in managing and operating IT infrastructures and security solutions
- Basic understanding of network and cloud infrastructures
- Openness to working in international teams
Desirable extras.
- Experience with IT service management processes (ITIL)
- Knowledge of the concepts related to SWG TLS SSE CASB and HTTP status codes
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness; intercultural understanding and fluency in English
- Knowledge of a programming language (PowerShell Python JSON) is beneficial
- Practical experience in managing external service providers
