Finance Manager Permanent or Temp-to-Perm
Birmingham (Hybrid 2 days office 3 days WFH)
Up to 60000 benefits
Preference given to candidates immediately available or on up to 4 weeks notice
Were exclusively partnered with a high-growth privately backed business to appoint a Finance Manager on a permanentor temp-to-permbasis.
With strong systems supportive leadership and a collaborative culture this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional looking to make an impact in a well-run commercially minded business.
The role includes:
- Producing monthly management accounts (P&L balance sheet cash flow)
- Treasury VAT payroll support and FX hedging responsibilities
- Supporting a small finance team and collaborating with wider business functions
- Providing insight to leadership through financial reporting and analysis
- Enhancing financial processes systems and controls where needed
What were looking for:
- Qualified part-qualified or QBE with strong core finance experience
- Confident with Excel and large data sets
- A questioning mindset someone analytical curious and comfortable challenging the numbers
- A collaborative team player who can work independently and communicate effectively
