About the Role

As an Apprentice Chef youll join our Cairn Academyworking alongside our experienced chefs gaining hands-on experience and working towards a recognised qualification. Youll also take part in culinary experience days with fellow apprentices from across the country building your skills confidence and connections.

Throughout your apprenticeship youll rotate through different areas of the kitchen learning how to prepare consistent high-quality dishes that delight our guests. From breakfast classics to evening mains youll gain the foundations to kick-start a successful culinary career.
