Each day youll go above and beyond to
- Partner with the Bankers in creating and preparing lending submission including obtaining documents and collation of information from customers.
- Perform credit analysis financial modelling and interpretation of customers financial information
- Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end to end lending process maintaining accountability and engaging with the relevant internal contacts
- Support the Bankers with portfolio management activities including covenant monitoring.
- Proactively manage risk adhere to compliance requirements and escalate issues as identified ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.

- Knowledge of the lending process preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn adaptability and resilience to an constantly changing environment
- Proactivity and initiative to go above and beyond for our bankers and RMs
- Strong risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures.
