Job Overview:
Were looking for a strategic hands-on Director of Demand Generation to lead this function and manage a talented team focused on content campaigns events and growth marketing. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer you will own the planning and execution of integrated campaign initiatives that drive brand awareness pipeline generation and revenue growth.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning demand generation strategy with product strategy delivering measurable results and elevating our presence across key channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team across content campaigns events and growth marketing.
- Build and execute the demand generation strategy and calendar in alignment with sales goals and product priorities.
- Oversee the development of integrated campaigns to support demand generation product launches brand storytelling and thought leadership.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with pipeline and revenue targets.
- Own campaign performance metrics and marketing automation using data to continuously optimize execution and impact.
- Ensure cohesive messaging brand voice and design across all channelsdigital social web and events.
- Manage external vendor and agency relationships to support demand generation work.
- Support events sponsorships webinars and content development to amplify market reach.
- Collaborate closely across Sales Product Customer Success and leadership teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product strategy and business goals.
- Other projects as assigned.
Key Competencies:
- Strategic Campaign Leadership: Ability to design and execute integrated campaigns that align with business goals and drive measurable pipeline and brand growth.
- Team Leadership & Development: Proven ability to lead mentor and develop a high-performing team across diverse functions.
- Data Driven Decision Making: Competence in analyzing campaign performance marketing KPIs and customer behavior to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Able to work fluidly across internal teams at all levels of the organization.
- Cross-Channel Messaging & Content Strategy: Expertise in crafting consistent compelling messaging around digital social events and content to build brand credibility and market presence.
Qualifications
- 610 years of experience in B2B marketing including leadership of integrated campaigns and teams
- SaaS or legal technology industry experience are nice to have
- Understanding of pragmatic marketing
- Proven ability to create and lead full-funnel campaigns that drive qualified leads and build brand presence
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Strong writing and messaging skills with the ability to oversee content development across multiple formats
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI and channel performance
