Senior Project Manager Commercial Roofing
Dallas TX
Full-Time On-Site Operations
Base Salary: $110K$130K (including bonus/profit-share): $130K$160K depending on experience and performance.

In this role youll oversee multiple commercial roofing projects guiding them from kickoff to closeout with confidence care and collaboration. What Youll Be Doing
- Lead commercial roofing projects from planning through completion
- Oversee schedules budgets change orders contracts billing and warranties
- Supervise Project Coordinators and Field Superintendents
- Ensure job sites meet safety quality and compliance standards
- Build strong client and vendor relationships with integrity
- Use project management tools (such as digital plans QA/QC systems and JHA logs)
- Review submittals process RFIs and support handoff to operations
- Mentor junior staff and help new team members thrive
- Resolve challenges as they arisecollaboratively and calmly
- Approve job completion for invoicing
What Youll Bring
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction preferably in roofing
- OR a 4-year degree in Construction or a related field
- Familiarity with construction contracts submittals RFIs lien waivers and insurance
- Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A humble collaborative approachready to lead without ego
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual preferred
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid drivers license and authorization to work in the U.S.
