Job Description

Outside Sales Representative - Aiken SC

FASTSIGNS Aiken is growing fast and were looking for a motivated high-energy Outside Sales Representative to join our team. If youre a driven relationship-builder with a passion for helping businesses grow through custom signage and visual communications this is your opportunity to shine. We work with clients in a wide range of industries to help them tell their story and increase market penetration through custom visuals of all types. Our projects range in scope from simple yard signs and banners to $100krebranding projects and exterior signage.

What Youll Do:

The ideal candidate is comfortable cold calling potential clients and confidently walking onto construction sites and into local businesses to find new opportunities and build relationships from the ground up. This position will work on the road in Aiken and the surrounding areas to canvas for prospects and increase the visibility of theFASTSIGNS name in the local community.

  • Prospect and develop new B2B accounts across a wide range of industries
  • Meet with clients on-site to understand their branding and signage needs
  • Present creative solutions using our wide range of sign and graphics capabilities
  • Manage the sales process from quote to close with support from our in-house design and production teams
  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads using proven sales strategies/techniques
  • Build and foster relationships in the local community to create new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities and provide status reports as needed
  • Complete all required client/project paperwork
  • Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues

This position offers abase salary plus commission with commissions paid as a percentage of verified sales. There is no cap on your earning potentialyour income is directly tied to your drive ambition and ability to close deals. High performers in the FASTSIGNS network earn $100K annually and the sky is the limit for those willing to hustle and build lasting client relationships.

What You Bring:

You thrive in face-to-face environments and arent afraid to cold call walk into businesses or step onto construction sites to uncover new opportunities. You have strong communication skills a professional presence and a results-driven mindset. Prior B2B sales experience is a plusespecially in signage print or related industriesbut your attitude persistence and ability to close are what matter most.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals
  • At least one year of business to business outside sales experience
  • Proven experience achieving goals and business objectives
  • Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques
  • Able to work without direct supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior relationship building networking and customer service skills
  • Able to effectively and efficiently organize prioritize and manage clients team members and work
  • Proficient computer and internet skills
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Travel:

This position is based in Aiken SC and the surrounding areas. Daily travel is required within this area to support sales activity. Some night and weekend work may be required to visit clients and attend chamber events.
