Key Responsibilities
Support execution of the people strategy
Support delivery of HR Business Partnering
Provide HR guidance and interpretation to operational teams
Drive focus on resource plans learning and skills development D&I succession and engagement
Ensures essential policies and procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline
Ensure transactional HR activity is competed and works closely with Employee Relations
Support on disposals with transactions HR SMEs and work on complex issues/TU management
Support on coordination and reporting duties for the pillar where required
Ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline
Contributes to resolving complex problems that do not have routine solutions
Promote Capitas Corporate values and behaviours and increase diversity of thought.
